SOUL WORK FOR WEEK 2
What are your goals/intentions regarding your health/food?
What does your relationship with food look like, currently? Do you eat to numb out, etc.? Do you make it an experience, talk, savor your food, light a candle?
Are there foods, you are trying to eat less of, or get rid of completely ?
What is your eating, “style?”~ Do you have fixed times you eat, or are you eating meals whenever you have time?
Do you go out to eat a lot?
5. What are your favorite meals? Your least favorite?
6. Do you restrict yourself from eating certain foods? - If so, why?
(Please, Journal on all of these and whatever else comes up for you.)
Starting tomorrow, I want you to keep a, 3 day, food journal - (or as soon as you can.)~
Recording everything that is going in, that beautiful body of yours!
6. We will be going through you pantry/fridge together, on our call, so get a head start and know what’s in there, so we can discuss.
